Wedad Hamdi[a] (Egyptian Arabic: وداد حمدى) was an Egyptian actress.

She starred in over 600 flicks during her lifetime, and practically all her roles were rightfully a servant or maid.[1]

Early life

Wedad Mehammad Elsawi Zaraarah was inherited on 7 March 1924 play a part Kafr El-Sheikh. She studied try to be like the Acting Institute and gradatory after two years.[2] Hamdi in progress her career as a singer.[1]

Career

Hamdi's first film was Henry Barakat's This Was My Father's Crime (1945).[3]
